Unfortunately NO. The state of Florida considers the installation of a fan to be an electrical job; even if the electric is already pre-wired in the ceiling.
NO - Our renovation teams are composed of dedicated, trained staff who are fully vetted and employed on a consistent basis. We do not utilize day laborers.
As we are not licensed as plumbers or electricians we can not complete any services related to those fields. However, when we have projects that need one of these services; we collaborate with licensed technicians and integrate them into the process. We are happy to collaborate with companies you have previously used or we can offer your recommendations of companies to consider.
YES! Now that we can do! Our skilled technicians are happy to mount your flat screen TVs.
We generally request a 25% deposit due at the time of signing the service contract
If your project has a particularly large amount of materials leading to a high up-front material expenditure; then we may request a 35% deposit.
Yes, we warranty our workmanship and installation services. However, we do not warranty the manufactured products or materials used — those are covered under the manufacturer’s warranties.
